摘　　要：以建设图书馆电子阅览室的必要性为切入点,从公共图书馆的自身的服务功能、社会性质,用户心理等几个方面讨论公共图书馆电子阅览室收费是否合理问题。From the perspective of necessity of constructing an electrical reading room in public library,this article has discussed the charge problem of electrical reading room in public library from aspects of the service function,social nature and user＇s psychology of public library.
