摘 要:结合城市化高速发展中对于地下空间开发的紧迫需求,围绕地下空间的安全、生态、节能及地下空间内部环境的健康和舒适,建立地下空间防灾与安全、场地、能源、水资源、材料、环境质量综合评价方法,对世博轴及地下综合体进行综合评价,从而推动我国地下空间的可持续发展。Recently, underground space has increasingly become a significant public domain for densely built urban areas. Based on many factors of underground structures, it is to set up a comprehensive assessment method of underground space environment including security, field, energy, water, material and environmental quality. There is a need for more systematic approach to the design and assessment of underground spaces so that a healthy and comfortable of underground spaces can be obtained. This paper proposes an approach for an assessment of EXPO Axis and underground space so that in future it can promote sustainable development in building area.
