应对策略在体育专业大学生领悟社会支持能力与压力间的中介作用

摘　　要：探讨应对策略与体育专业大学生压力和领悟社会支持能力的关系,进一步探索应对策略在体育专业大学生领悟社会支持能力与压力间的中介作用。使用自编的体育专业大学生压力感受量表、简易应对策略量表和领悟社会支持量表,对288名体育专业的大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:1)体育专业大学生领悟社会支持能力以及应对策略情况处于较好的水平;2)体育专业大学生的总体压力感受处于有点压力和压力一般之间,且压力显著低于普通专业大学生;3)应对策略在领悟社会支持能力与压力感受间起到了完全中介作用。To explore the coping strategies and college physical education major students＇ stress, ability of understanding of social support, further discover the relationship between coping strategies of college physical education major students in ability of understanding social support and the mediating role between pressures. Used self-designed questionnaire of the college students of physical education and simple coping strategies scale and scale of understanding of social support, this paper made survey on 288 college students of physical education, the result shows that （1）ability of understanding social support and strategies of the college students of physical education maior is in good level, （2）the total pressure of college students of physical education majors is between a little pressure and general pressure, and below than ordinary major students observably, （3）strategies play mediating effect between ability of understanding social support and pressure.
