摘　　要：论文就图书馆知识集成中的知识与非知识因素集成展开分析,包括知识与人的集成、知识与过程的集成,并研究知识集成的组织文化保障机制。指出:知识与非知识因素的集成是图书馆知识集成中不可或缺的部分,与纯知识因素集成一起构建起图书馆知识集成理论与实践的框架体系。This paper elaborates on knowledge-non knowledge integration. It describes the knowledge-people integration, and the knowledge-process integration and discusses the organization security of knowledge management. It points out that knowledge-non knowledge integration is an important part of library knowledge integration, which construct the theory and practice frame system of library knowledge integration together with the pure knowledge factor.
