摘　　要：论文从以人为本的服务创新机制、全面协调发展的管理运行机制和可持续发展的长效运行机制等三个方面对区域教学联合体信息资源共享服务进行论述,提出了改革创新是图书馆信息资源共享的直接动力。This paper discussed the information resources sharing services of regional academic teaching unit under three main headings： people-oriented innovative service mechanisms;comprehensive and collaborative operational management mechanism, and a long-term operational mechanism of sustainable development. The author put forward that reform and innovation are the direct driving force for information resources sharing of the library.
