2种新型驱避剂现场防蚊效果的研究

摘　　要：目的研究2种新型驱避剂,8-羟基别二氢葛缕醇甲酸酯和羟基香茅醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛在新疆伊犁地区防蚊效果。方法试验人群暴露下肢,并在下肢上均匀地涂抹驱避剂,同时以国际公认的驱避剂避蚊胺（DEET）为对照药剂,观察驱避剂的有效时间及有效率。结果新型驱避剂中20%羟基香茅醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛效果最好,最短有效时间大于6 h,有效率可达100%;20%8-羟基别二氢葛缕醇甲酸酯有效时间为3~5 h,有效率37%~67%;20%避蚊胺有效时间4 h,有效率37%;10%避蚊胺最短有效时间小于3 h,有效率为0,保护效果最差。结论新型驱避剂羟基香茅醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛在20%含量时在新疆伊犁地区对蚊虫有很好的驱避效果,驱避效果明显优于20%避蚊胺,20%R1与20%避蚊胺的效果相当。2种新型驱避剂对皮肤无任何副作用,使用方便,具有实用意义。Objective Effect evaluation for two newly developed mosquito repellents,8-hydroxylcarveol formate（R1）and hydroxycitronellal 1,2-propanediol acetal（R2） were conducted in Yili Xingjiang. Methods Subjects smeared equally with mosquito repellent were exposed outside for hours at the peak time of mosquito activity,the number of being bitten and the shortest effective duration were recorded in a special period of time.Results Repellent R2 showed the best repellent effect against mosquitoes.20% R2 held 100% protection rate within 6 h,and the shortest effective duration of 6 h.20% DEET,however,held 100% protection rate within 3 h,and the shortest effective duration of 4 h.Conclusion Hydroxycitronellal 1,2-propanediol acetal displays exellent repellent effect to mosquitoes,much more powerful than DEET in Yili,Xinjiang.Two newly developed repellents is free from side effect on skin,and convenient for use.These advantages the promising future for practical use.
