摘 要:针对内旋流加速旋风集尘器的结构特点和工作原理,研究了粉尘颗粒在混流区及中心旋流区内运动的规律,推导出粉尘颗粒在流场中运动的动力平衡微分方程和轨迹方程,计算出粉尘颗粒的运动轨迹和几种常见小粒径粉尘物料的界限分离率,证明了内旋流加速旋风集尘器对小粒径粉尘有径向加速和分离作用。Aiming to the structure characteristics and working principles of inner vortex speeding cyclone dust collector, we researched the pattern of dust moving in mixing vortex area and in central vortex area, built up the dynamics balance differential equation and the track equation describing dust moving, and calculated the moving track and the boundary separated rate of tiny dust. The results show that: (1) when entering into the mixing vortex area, the radial velocity of tiny dust increase quickly and reaches to a maximum value of 021 m/s, which proves that the inner vortex speeding cyclone has an ability to increase the radial velocity and separation rate of tiny dust; (2) in theory, after centrifugal separation in outer vortex and mixing vortex, the tiny dust will be totally collected. In fact, there is still some tiny dust escaping into central vortex area due to the effect of boundary layer turbulence and partial turbulence; (3) the central vortex is a force vortex, the radial velocity of air is in the direction of centrifugal that is helpful to separate tiny dust second times. Because the axis velocity in central vortex area is in high speed and pulse, the time of tiny dust separation is very short.
