摘 要:通过研究振动输送机的多自由度振动系统,建立了振动输送机的振动模型,并给出了满足主动隔振的条件,从而为振机结构和隔振设计提供了理论依据。The structure of vibration conveyer with eccentric connectingrod (VCECR) is simple and its operating is reliable. Owing to its resonant effect, VCECR has the advantage of low drivepower and easily loading and unloading. So it is widely used in production of light industry. However, some disadvantages, such as shaking and high noise, also existed. Especially the shaking generated by the rack of vibration conveyer is often transmitted to nearby equipment through ground base. In order to reduce this harmful influence, it is necessary to isolate the vibration efficiently. Based on the study on the multidegree freedom system of a vibration conveyer, a vibration model and the condition of active vibration isolation are presented in the paper. Furthermore, a theoretical basis for vibration conveyer structure design and the qualification of vibration isolation are also given.
