两种入路下声带息肉微波治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察纤维喉镜下与支撑喉镜下声带息肉微波治疗的临床疗效。方法将来我科治疗的110例声带息肉患者随机分为纤维喉镜组和支撑喉镜组,每组55例,分别采用纤维喉镜下和支撑喉镜下微波治疗,观察两组的临床疗效,并比较两组的手术时间和住院费用。结果纤维喉镜组和支撑喉镜组患者均具有满意的临床疗效,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);纤维喉镜组患者在手术时间和住院费用方面均优于支撑喉镜组(P<0.05)。结论纤维喉镜下与支撑喉镜下声带息肉微波治疗均具有良好疗效,然而纤维喉镜较支撑喉镜更安全、经济,并且手术时间短,患者痛苦小。Objective To observe the clinical effects of microwave therapy in treatment of vocal cord polyp under laryngofiberscope and prop-up laryngoscope performed.Methods 110 patients with vocal cordpolyp of our department were randomly divided into the laryngofiberscope group and the prop-up laryngoscope group,there were 55 cases in each group.They were carried out microwave therapy under laryngofiberscope or prop-up laryngoscope,observe the clinical effects and the hospital charges and operation time were compared.Results Both of the two groups had good clinical effects,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉 0.05） .The patients’hospital charges and operation time of the laryngofiberscope group were better than the prop-up laryngoscope group（P 〈0.05） .Conclusion Both of laryngofiberscope and prop-up laryngoscope performed in treatment of vocal cord polyp have good effects,but laryngofiberscope has more superior in safe,economy and shortening operation time and reducing patients’pain one better than prop-up laryngoscope.
