霉酚酸酯联合激素治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察霉酚酸酯(MMF)联合激素治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法将我科的51例确诊为紫癜性肾炎的患者随机分为对照组25例和观察组26例,对照组给予泼尼松口服,观察组在对照组的基础上加用MMF口服,总疗程为6个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后24h尿蛋白、尿红细胞数、血清尿素氮及血肌酐的变化。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后24h尿蛋白量、尿红细胞数、血尿素氮和血肌酐等各项指标的变化也比对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论 MMF联合激素治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效显著,副反应小,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mycophenolate mofetil combined with Glucocorticoid in treatment of Adults’Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis.Methods 51 patients with HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis were divided into the control group（25cases） and the observation group（26 cases）,the control group were given Prednisone and the observation were added MMF at the basis of the control group.After six months the clinical effects and the changes of 24 h urinary protein excretion,urinary red-cells,blood ureanitrogen and serum creatinine were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.2%,significantly better than the control group（P 〈0.05） .The changes of 24 h urinary protein excretion,urinary red-cells,blood ureanitrogen and serum creatinine were significantly difference compared with the control group（P 〈0.05） .Conclusion Mycophenolate mofetil combined with Glucocorticoid in treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis has good effects,the side effects were lower,it is worth to promote.
