大学生骨折手术患者的心理评估及心理干预

摘　　要：目的评估大学生骨折手术患者的心理状态,针对性的进行心理干预,评估干预效果。方法选择满足条件的患者,在入院48h内进行心理状态评估,有针对性的进行心理干预,在手术后2周再次进行心理状态评估,观察心理干预的效果。结果大学生骨折手术患者普遍存在不同程度及类型的心理障碍,心理干预后,患者的心理状态有明显改善。结论对大学生骨折手术患者进行针对性的早期心理干预是有效的,可以改善患者心理状态,有利于患者从创伤中的整体恢复。Objective to evaluate the mental states of college students with fractures and the result of psychological interventions for them.Methods psychological evaluation has been made in 48 hours after the patient hospitalized,and psychological intervention began at the meantime,2 weeks after operation,another psychological evaluation has been made to find out the result of psychological intervention.Results it is common for college students with fractures to have psychological obstacles,the mental states of them can be improved with psychological intervention.Conclusion It is necessary to treat college students with fractures with psychological intervention for it＇s significant effect to improve the mental states of them.
