摘　　要：目的探讨聚甲酚磺醛栓所致变态反应及相关因素。方法结合聚甲酚磺醛栓所致不良反应病例,分析变态反应发生机制及相关因素。结果此例不良反应为聚甲酚磺醛栓所致Ⅰ型变态反应。该罕见严重变态反应的发生,提示医生在临床工作中应注意特异体质者,对特异质人群进行用药监测。Objective To investigate the allergic reaction induced by Policresulen Suppositories（PS） and its related reactors. Methods According to a case＇s adverse drug reaction（ADR） caused by PS,analyze the mechanisms and related reactor of PS＇s anaphylaxis. Results The ADR case is type I hypersensitivity induced by PS. This severe anaphylaxis case directs doctors paying close attention to and monitoring specific physique＇s people.
