摘 要:根据1989 ~1992 年自行设计制作的网箱在海区中的使用情况,介绍了浮式网箱和浮沉式网箱的结构和设置方法,并就潮流、波浪等海况条件对网箱性能的影响进行了研究,阐述了纲索、网衣、网线等网箱材料的安全负荷和使用规格。结果表明,设置网箱的海区海水流速≤20cm/s;浮式网箱的设置水深≥15m ,网衣的网线为乙纶线PE42tex 8 ×3 ~10 ×3 ,纲索为乙纶绳直径25m m ~30m m ;浮沉式网箱设置水深为≥30m ,网衣网线为乙纶线PE42tex15 ×3 ~18 ×3 ,纲索为乙纶绳直径30m m ~35m m 。Based on the performance in sea area of the maricultural cages designed and made by ourselves during 1989~1992, we introduced the structure and installation method of floating and submersible cages. Effects of ocean conditions, such as tide and wave, on cage function were studied.Safety load and usage specifications for cage equipment such as netting cable, netting bag, netting yarn were illustrated. It was concluded that: The flowing speed of seawater in sea area where cages were located was lower than 20cm/s ;Floating cages were located deeper than 15 m position, the netting yarn of which was made of PE 42 tex fibres, 8×3~10×3 strands, the netting cable was made of PE rope and 25~30mm in diameter; submersible cages were located deeper than 30m, the netting yarn was made of PE 42 tex fibbers, 15×3~18×3 strands, the netting cable was made of PE rope and 30~35mm in diameter.
