摘  要:分别以醋酸纤维素与微晶纤维素为纤维源配制成粗纤维水平为5%的两种无氮日粮。其中微晶纤维日粮设高进食量(1000g/d)与低进食量(500g/d)两个处理,醋酸纤维日粮只设一个进食量(1000g/d)处理,共三个处理,以3×3拉丁方试验研究纤维来源及进食量对回直肠吻合猪消化道内源氨基酸排泄的影响。结果表明:不同来源的纤维对内源氨基酸的排泄有不同的影响。微晶纤维无氮日粮处理组回肠末端食糜干物质中各种内源氨基酸的含量及回肠末端各种内源氨基酸的排泄量均呈现高于醋酸纤维无氮日粮处理的趋势。进食量是影响回肠末端内源氨基酸排泄的重要因素。在微晶纤维日粮的两个进食量处理中,不仅高进食量组回肠末端各种内源氨基酸的排泄量均显著(P<005)或极显著(P<001)地大于低采食量组,差异可达1~3倍。而且,高进食量组回肠末端食糜干物质中的内源氨基酸含量除甘氨酸和脯氨酸外也均表现为高于低进食量组的趋势。以采食单位干物质计算内源氨基酸排泄量可降低不同进食量的差异,但仍不能消除进食量对内源氨基酸排泄的影响。fibre sources (microcrystal cellulose and cellulose acetic) and 2 feed intakes (1000g/day,500g/day) were used to study their effects on endogenous amino acid flows in ileo rectal amastomesised pigs.The results obtained were as follows:there were tendency that the content of endogenous amino acid in dry matter of ileal digesta and endogenous amino acid flow at the terminal ileum for microcrystal cellulose N free diet fed pig was higher than that for cellulose acetic N free diet fed pig.There were significant differences between different feed intakes,data showed that all endogenous amino acids flow except for proline at the terminal ileum for high feed intake pig were significantly higher (P<0 05) than that for low feed intake pig,accroding to the per kilogram dry matter intake,the differences decreased between the two feed intakes test group pig,however the differences were still significant for total essential amino acids,valine,methionine, isoleucine,leucine,histidine,serine,glutamic acid and glycine.
