摘　　要：从业主供应、业主招标等方面对施工物资进行了多种管理模式的探索,阐述了大型土建工程项目材料供应中物流管理的重要性和提高物流管理水平的相关措施,以期建立一体化物流管理,提高工程效益。The paper explores many kinds of management models construct goods and materials from the owner supply and owner＇ s bidding, illustrates the importance of the logistical management in supply for large-scale civil engineering project programs and some relative measures to improve the logistical management, so as to establish integrated logistical management, and enhance the engineering benefits.
