摘 要:测定了籼粳稻亚种间重穗型组合Ⅱ优6078和对照汕优63生育后期剑叶中叶绿素含量与净光合速率(Pn)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量与硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、内源激素(ZT、GA3、IZZ)含量。结果表明,Ⅱ优6078生育后期叶绿素含量高,光合能力强,且叶片衰老缓慢,内源激素含量高,是Ⅱ优6078获得高产的重要原因。The chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, soluble protein content, nitrate reductase (NR) activity and contents of endogenous plant hormones (ZT, GA3, IZZ) were tested in the flag leaves of You 6078, a heavypanicle type intersubspecific hybrid rice, and the check Shanyou 63 in full heading and grain filling stages. The results showed that You 6078 had higher contents of chlorophyll and endogenous plant hormones, a higher photosynthetic intensity and NR activity, and a slower decreasing rate in SOD and POD activity and soluble protein content in the late stage, which is the important reason for You 6078 yielding higher than Shanyou 63.
