摘　　要：培养和提高科技期刊责任编辑的责任意识,对于提高办刊质量具有举足轻重的作用。指出选题意识、标准化意识、特色意识是科技期刊责任编辑必备的责任意识。并从专业和文化素养、思想道德和职业作风等方面阐述了责任意识的培养途径。Training and improving the sense of responsibility of science and technology journal Editor plays an important role for improving the quality of the Journals.The consciousness of topic selection,standardized awareness and special awareness becoming essential sense of responsibility of science and technology journals Editor was pointed out.The training approach of a sense of responsibility is described in terms of professional and cultural literacy,moral,professional style and so on.
