摘 要:研究了JF-45环氧树脂/氰酸酯共聚物的流变特性,并根据双阿累尼乌斯方程建立了JF-45环氧树脂/氰酸酯共聚物的化学流变模型,并对共聚物的黏度进行了预测。结果表明:在80~160℃,共聚树脂体系的相对黏度特性符合双阿累尼乌斯黏度方程;在低于160℃时反应迟缓,初始黏度较高;随着温度升高,树脂黏度降低,随时间延长黏度增加,在170℃附近黏度急剧上升;由DSC曲线和流变模型确定了共聚树脂体系的固化工艺。Rheological behavior of JF-45 epoxy/cyanate copolymer was studied. A rheological model based on Dual-Arrhenius equation was established with experimental data and used to simulate and forecast the rheological behavior of this copolymer. The results indicate that the established rheological model for relative viscosity is in good agreement with Dual-Arrhenius equation at temperature range from 80℃ to 160℃. The initial viscosity is higher below 160℃ due to the low reactive rate of the copolymer. The initial viscosity of the copolymer is decreased with the increase of temperature. The viscosity is increased rapidly at temperature more than 170℃. The curing process is also established based on DSC curves and Dual-Arrhenius equation.
