自身脐血输注在产科的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :利用自身脐血输注 ,治疗产后贫血。方法 :选择条件有可比性的轻、中度贫血产妇各 5 0例 ,分为实验组和对照组。实验组为血型相合者 ,输注自身脐血。两组均取静脉血测定红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量及网织红细胞计数 ,进行产后 2 4h比较 ;及产后 2 4h与产后 42天比较 ;进行统计学分析。结果 :两组产后 2 4h血红蛋白含量差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。产后 2 4h与 42天比较实验组红细胞计数与血红蛋白含量明显升高(P <0 0 5),网织红细胞计数差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :自身脐血输注能够治疗产后轻、中度贫血。Objective:Anemia is a common complication during gestational period.Especially it is severe after delivery for blood losing during labor.The effect of using drugs to treat the low grade and middle's anemia is slow anymore.Methods:According to CFU and CSF in cord blood,especially the plasma could stimulate the normal marrow's growth,and hematology used umbilical cord blood curing leukemia,aplastic anemia and sustaining patients after carcinoma's X ray treatment and chemotherapy that inhibited marrow,we got the apocalypse to treat the low and middle grade anemia with cord blood.Results:We observed the study and got the result like that:Experiment team had 50 cases,transfusing cord blood about mean volume 92mL,24h and 42d after delivery the RBC court and hemoglobin (Hb) risen remarkably than the contrast 50 cases that didn't use cor blood.Conclusions:The technique of using the cord blood abandoned befor has wonderful advantages.It could no only treat the low and middle grade anemia,but also gain good social and economical benefits.
