摘　　要：介绍了圆坯铸机二次冷却气雾改造的设计过程。解放了水喷嘴易堵、冷却参数与喷嘴不匹配和冷却不均匀等问题。通过改造,稳定并提高了铸坯质量。The designing process for the technical reform of secondary cooling air-mist system in Masteel＇s roundbillet caster is introduced. Problems such as nozzle clogging, mismatch between cooling parameters and nozzles and uneven cooling were solved. Billet quality has been improved through the reform.
