摘　　要：介绍了一种新的快速更换120t转炉水冷炉口的方法-热态快速操作法,在时间、成本和安全方面将产生极大效益,对于确保转炉快节奏生产,具有十分重要的意义,供转炉钢厂借鉴。A new method for hot-state fast change of the water-cooled mouth of 120t converter is introduced. This method has great significance in ensuring the intensive production of converters and can bring big benefits to steel plants in time and cost saving as well as operation safety.
