稀土铈对AZ91D镁合金组织及力学性能的影响

摘  要:研究了稀土Ce对AZ91D合金组织及力学性能的影响.实验表明,随着加入Ce的量从0.2%到0.8%变化,AZ91D合金铸态晶粒逐渐由大变小,β-Mg17Al12相弥散分离,稀土Ce的这种细化组织的作用可以改善AZ91D镁合金的力学性能.但稀土添加量较高时,会使组织中出现明显的针状的β-Mg17Al12相,反而使镁合金的力学性能恶化.铈有提高AZ91D镁合金抗拉强度的作用,但对延伸率影响较小.当加入Ce量0.8%时性能最佳,抗拉强度达到最大,为185 MPa,延伸率为4%,是一个较好的性能组合.The effects of rare earth element Ce on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy are studied.Results show that the as cast grain of the alloy gets refined and the β-Mg17Al12 network phase gets broken with Ce additive increasing from 0.2% to 0.8%.The mechanical properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy are then improved.However,the acicular β-Mg17Al12 phase will be formed when the amount of Ce additive goes on to get still greater.This will lead to the degradation of the alloy′s mechanical properties instead of improving them.Rare earth Ce can help increase the tensile strength of AZ91D magnesium alloy while its influence on elongation turns out to be relatively insignificant.When 0.8% of rare earth Ce is added,the performance of AZ91D magnesium alloy reaches the best state,with the tensile strength being 185 MPa and elongation-4%.
