140例宫外孕患者经阴道彩色多普勒诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2009年8月在找院行阴道彩色多普勒检查，并手术的140例患者资料，术后均经过病理证实为宫外孕。结果所有患者经阴道彩色多普勒正确诊断的有132例（94.29％），71例患者（5379％）可以探查到病变周围特征性的低阻力型的动脉血流频谱。结论阴道彩色多普勒对诊断宫外孕有较高的临床价值。Object To evalualte the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Method Retrospcctivly analysis of 140 cases of confirmed ectopic pregnancy by pathology postoperation between August 2006 to August 2009, and had detected by transvaginal color Doppler before surgery. Results The correct diagnosis rate is 94.29% by transvaginal color Doppler. 71 patients （53.79%） can be characteristic of the no palpable to the lesions around the low resistance of the artery. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of Ectopic pregnancies has higher clinical values.
