摘　　要：目的斗采讨腰俞穴麻醉在肛畅手术中的效果和安全性。方法观察130例应用腰腧穴麻醉的患者的麻醉效果及不良反应的发生率。结果腰腧穴麻叶效果可靠，不良反应发生率低。结论腰俞穴麻畔掾作简单、安全，麻醉效果较好、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of yaoshu acupoints anesthesia in anorectal surgery . Methods： Observe the effect of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions of 130 patients with yaoshu anesthetic. Results： The effect of anesthesia is reliable, and there＇s low indice of adverse reactions. Conclusion： Yaoshu anesthesia is simple, safe, better anesthesia, fewer complications, It is worthy for clinical application.
