摘　　要：目的自主设计开发放射科综合信息管理软件。方法将放射科病人的检查信息及日常事务信息进行分析，设计出规范化的数据库系统及应用软件。结果病人常规检查时间平均缩短了20％，平均出报告时间缩短了30分钟，基本信息（姓名，年龄等）差错减少了95％，统计、报表、排班等日常管理工作平均节省时间90％。结论自主研发的放射科信息管理软件，能够满足目前中小医院放射科信息管理工作的需要。Objective： To independently design and develop an integrated radiology information management software. Methods： Analysis the radiology examination information and patient routine information, design a normalized database system and application software. Results： The patients routine examination average time reduction of 20%, the average time a report reduce 30 minutes, the basic information （name, age, etc.） 95% error in reduction, statistics, reports, scheduling and other day to day management of average the 90% savings of time . Conclusion： The self-developed radiology information management software, can meet the current radiology information management needs in small hospitals.
