摘　　要：城市计划用水应急预案主要研究在发生特殊干旱年、干旱期时,以及发生突发事件时的用水计划调整方法及管理办法。首先阐述了计划用水应急期的界定和识别标志,并对应急预案和应急水价进行了初步探讨。The emergency plan of city plan water use main researches the water used planning adjustment means and the management method when occurs on the specially dry year,the drought period,as well as the emergent events.The article firstly elaborates the limits and the identification sign of the emergency time for planning water use,and then has preliminary discussed the emergency plans and the emergency water price.
