摘　　要：目的了解焦炉工血清中肺癌标记物CA50、ACTH水平及其在肺癌早期诊断中的意义,为相关职业防护提供依据。方法以观察组200例、对照组79例为研究对象,采用放射免疫法检测其血清中CA50、ACTH水平。结果血清中CA50水平观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且有随着接触工龄的增长而升高的趋势;血清中ACTH的水平未见明显改变。结论血清标记物CA50对高危职业人群发生肺癌的危险性分析具有一定的意义。Objective To investigate the level of CA50 and ACTH in blood serum of coke oven workers and understand the significance for early diagnosis of cancer,and to provide sciontific data for developing prevention measures.Methods 200 coke oven workers were taken as observation group and 79 others without exposure were taken as control group.They were all investigated.Radioimmunoassay（RIA）was used to detect the level of CA50 and ACTH in blood serum.Results The level of CA50 of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P0.01）,and there was a rising tendency along with the increase of the exposure age,but there was no obvious change of ACTH in blood serum.Conclusions Analysis of cancer marker of CA50 had some significance for risk analysis of lung cancer among high-risk occupational people.
