骨活素胶囊对骨质疏松性骨折愈合影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨骨活素胶囊对骨质疏松性骨折愈合的影响。方法：8~12月龄雌性新西兰大耳兔卵巢去势法10周得到Ⅰ型骨质疏松模型,再行桡骨骨折造模,从而建立骨质疏松性骨折模型。模型建立后随机分为2组,实验组和对照组分别给予含1 g/（kg.d）骨活素胶囊的生理盐水和淀粉糊5 ml灌胃,在2、4、8周随机选取动物行影像学、血液生化指标、HE染色、增殖细胞核抗原（Proliferatingcell nuclear antigen,PCNA）免疫组化和生物力学检测。结果：骨活素干预的实验组动物较对照组骨痂、骨小梁形成增多增快,骨痂力学强度增强。结论：骨活素胶囊能使骨质疏松性骨折的愈合时间缩短,强度增强。Objective： Toinvestigate the effects ofosteoactivin capsules on osteoporotic fracture healing. Methods： 8~12 month-old female New Zealand＇s rabbits were ovariectomized for 10 weeks to establish typeⅠosteoporosis model,then 3mm bone segments of radius were resected to establish osteoporotic fracture model. The animals were divided into two groups randomly ,experimental group and control group were given 1 g（/kg·d）osteoactivin capsules and starch paste through intragastric administration separately. Shadowgraph,blood biochemical parameters,HE staining,PCNA immunohistochemistry and biomechanical parameters were tested at 2,4,8 weeks. Results： The callus and bone trabeculae of the experimental group increased more rapidly ,and its callus is stronger. Conclusion： osteoactivin capsules can reduce the time of osteoporotic fracture healing and increase the intensity of bone callus.
