摘  要:目的:探讨并评价小儿心内膜弹力纤维增生症(Endocardial fibroelastosis,EFE)的临床有效诊断方法。方法:采用X线、心电图、超声心动图检测34例EFE患儿的心内结构及心功能改变,包括测量心脏房室的大小、心内膜的厚度和各项心功能指标。结果:EFE患儿心电图均有异常,超声示心室内膜明显增厚,左心收缩功能明显降低。结论:EFE有胸片和心电图异常及特征性超声表现,因此,在诊断EFE方面,胸片、心电图和超声三者联合应用较可靠,但在判断患儿预后方面超声心动图更有应用价值。Objective:Todiscuss and evaluate the clinical diagnosis and effective methods of Endocardial fibroelastosis(EFE)in children. Methods:To detect the change of the heart structure and function during 34 children with EFE by using X-ray,ECG,echocardiography, including measuring the size of the atrio-ventricular heart,endocardial thickness and the parameter about heart function.Results: Children with EFE have electrocardiographic abnormality,ventricular endometrial obviously thickening and left ventricular systolic function decreased obviously. Conclusion:The heart in EFE group has X-ray,electrocardiographic abnormality and characteristic performance of the echocardiography. The application of X-ray ,ECG and ultrasound combined is more reliable in the diagnosis of EFE. But echocardiography is more valuable to determine the prognosis of children with EFE.
