摘　　要：梨状腹综合征(PBS)是一种少见的先天性发育异常,典型临床表现为腹壁肌肉发育不良或缺如、泌尿系统畸形和双侧隐睾。文章报道一例PBS患者,结合文献复习,对PBS的相关问题进行探讨。Prune belly syndrome （PBS） is a congenital developmental anomaly of rare occurrence,which is characterized by the clinical manifestations of absence of abdominal musculature,urinary system abnormity and bilateral cryptorchidism.A case of PBS is reported,and some issues about PBS are discussed on basis of literature review in this paper.
