摘 要:观察一种新型一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂对败血性休克大鼠血压的影响。结果表明该化合物有明显增加败血性休克大鼠血压的作用,且优越于硝基精氨酸(P<0.05),可能开发出新型实用的NOS抑制剂。To oberve the blood pressure increasing effect of a newly synthesized nitric oxide synthase inhibitor. The animal pattern of septic shock on rat was made through typhlorrhaphy and perforation. The rats were divided into three groups. Each of them was injected the new compound, LNNA and normal saline solution through vein 18 hours after operation respectively. The re-sult showed that this newly-synthesized compound which is arginine analogue with nitro depressed iNOS much more than constitut-ed nitric oxide Syntha (cNOS) and it may bring hope for cure to septic shock when it is further studied.
