摘　　要：目的了解心力衰竭患者中心脏起搏器的应用情况。方法入选19例,其中纽约心功能分级(NYHA)Ⅰ级3例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级4例,Ⅳ9例。共植入CRT5台、ICD4台、DDD7台、VVI3台。收集患者纽约心功能分级(NYHA)、心电图QRS时限、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、置入起搏器原因等资料,对患者的生存状况进行随访、分析。结果随访5年,平均3.7年。其中,置入VVI的3例患者中死亡2例;置入DDD的7例患者中死亡2例;置入CRT的5例患者中死亡2例;置入ICD的4例患者全部存活。结论心力衰竭患者起搏器置入情况需优化,使卫生资源应用更合理,便于有限的医疗资源发挥更大的社会效益。Objective To evaluate the utilization of heahhcare resource and the results of follow up for the patients with pacemaker implantation. Methods The study included nineteen cases, of whom three cases were class Ⅰ （New York cardiac function, NYHA） , three cases were class Ⅱ , five cases were class Ⅲ , and nine cases were class Ⅳ. There were 5 CRT implanted,4 ICD,7 DDD and 3 VVI. Cardiac function in patients with New York （NYHA） , QRS duration, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） , the reasons of pacemaker implantation, and the survival rate of patients were collected during follow - up. Results Among nineteen patients, two cases died in three patients with VVI,two cases died in seven patients with DDD,two cases died in five patients with CRT,all survived in four patientswith ICD during 5 - year follow - up in the study. Conclusion Pacemaker implantation in patients with heart failure should be optimized, and limited medical resources should play a better social benefits for the patients.
