盐酸坦洛新改善慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释片改善慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)临床症状的疗效。方法自2008年9月～2009年12月,选择CP/CPPS患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40人,A组给予α1-受体阻滞剂盐酸坦洛新缓释片0.2mg,每晚1次,连服4周+双氯芬酸钠缓释片,75mg,每日1次,连服4周;B组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片,75mg,每日1次,连服4周。按慢性前列腺炎症状评分表(NIH-CPSI)记录治疗前后患者症状评分,并行尿动力学检查,监测患者治疗前后变化。结果经过4周服药治疗,患者症状明显好转,患者的NIH-CPSI评分以及平均尿流率、最大尿流率、残余尿等尿动力学指标明显变化,差异有统计学意义。结论盐酸坦洛新缓释片可明显改善CP/CPPS临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上广泛应用。Objective To investigate the validity of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CP/CPPS）. Methods From September 2008 to December 2009, 80 patients with the CP/ CPPS were randomly divided into two groups with each group 40 cases. Patients in A group were given % - receptor blocker tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets 0.2mg qn for 4 weeks, and diclofenac sodium sustained - release tablets 75mg qd for 4 weeks. Pa- tients in B group were given diclofenac sodium sustained - release tablets 75mg qd for 4 weeks. The chronic prostatitis symptom score sheet （ NIH - CPSI）, parallel urodynamics before and after treatment in patients were recorded and compared. Results After 4 weeks of medication treatment, the patient＇s NIH - CPSI score and the average urinary flow rate, maximum flow rate, residual urine improred obri- ously and the differences statistical significance. Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets can improve the quality of life and relieve the symptom of patients with the CP/CPPS. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
