摘 要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化白芍总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法以白芍总皂苷的吸附量和洗脱率为指标,筛选大孔吸附树脂,并研究所选树脂分离纯化白芍总皂苷的吸附和洗脱条件。结果 AB-8树脂对白芍总皂苷有较好的吸附分离性能。最佳工艺条件为:上样浓度为0.2g(生药)/ml,以10BV70%乙醇溶液洗脱,吸附及洗脱流速均为2BV/h,洗脱液蒸干,即得纯化的白芍总皂苷提取物。纯化后白芍总皂苷含量大于60%。结论 AB-8大孔吸附树脂分离纯化白芍总皂苷是可行的。Objective To optimize the technical parameters of separation and purification of total Glucosides from Paeonia lactifloria pall. by macroporous resins. Methods Based on absorptive capacity and elution efficiency of total glucosides from Paeonia lactifloria pall. , the best type of resin and the conditions to separate and purify total glucosides by macroporous resins were opti - mized. Results The AB -8 resin was chosen, washed with 10BV of 70% ethanol, and with the absorption and elution velocity of flow 2BV/h. The opti- mal concentration of the raw material was 0.2g/ml. The purity of total gucosides obtained was over 60%. Conclusion Using AB - 8 resin to separate and purify total glucosides from Paeonia lactifloria Pall. is feasible.
