摘　　要：目的探讨SYSMEX XT-1800i全自动血液分析仪测定结果和手工复查结果的重复性。方法采用全自动血细胞分析仪与手工显微镜方法测定120例笔者医院住院患者血常规,分别比较仪器法和手工法测定白细胞、血小板参数结果在之间的差异。结果血小板的测定值在两种方法的比较有显著性差异(P<0.001);两种方法测定白细胞结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论使用SYSMEX XT-1800i全自动血液分析仪应注意血小板手工复查。Objective To explore the reproducibility between the results of SYSMEX XT - 1800i automatic blood analyzer and man- ual microscopy. Methods One hundred and twenty blood samples were determined by SYSMEX XT - 1800i automatic blood analyzer and manual microscopy respectirely, The results of leukocyte and platelet （PLT） were compared between automatic blood analyzer and manual microscopy. Results The results of leukocyte were not significant different between automatic blood analyzer and manual microscopy, but the results of PLT were. Conclusion It is very important to pay much attention to the manual reexamination of PLT in the examination of blood sample by SYSMEX XT - 1800i automatic blood analyzer.
