摘 要:通过对本源微生物驱油机理的研究,从好氧、厌氧两步激活理论出发,建立了一个全新的本源微生物驱油渗流场—微生物场耦合的数学模型,并给出了数值模型的求解思路。在该模型中,微生物作用下的渗流方程是时间和空间的函数,阐述了微生物本身及3类主要代谢产物(表面活性剂、聚合物及气体)对物性参数的作用与影响,同时渗流方程也体现了微生物采油的主要作用机理。微生物方程以网格内的物质均匀分布为基本假设,阐述了由于流体流动造成的物质分布的变化规律和微生物群落间的级联代谢过程。该模型为本源微生物驱油数值模拟软件的研发提供了理论依据。Based on the two-step(aerobic/anaerobic) stimulation theory,the present paper studied the indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery(IMEOR) mechanism and established a new mathematical model coupled by the seepage field and microbial field,which solved a couple of problems in this numerical model.For instance,a seepage equation under the action of microorganisms was a function of time and space,which elaborated impacts of microorganisms and their three major microbial metabolites(surfactant,polymer and gas) on several physical property parameters.Meanwhile,the seepage equation reflected some primary mechanisms(emulsification,viscosity reduction and profile control) of the microbial enhanced oil recovery.The microbial equation influenced by water flow was based on the assumption that materials in grids were distributed evenly,which indicated that the seepage field and microbial field must be solved simultaneously due to variations in the material distribution related with fluid flow,the cascade metabolic process among microbial communities and the coupling of these two fields.In sum,the model has improved the existing mathematical model for the indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery,and provided a theoretical basis for researching and developing the numerical simulation software of the indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery.
