摘 要:采用冷凝回流提取方法和参照M38-A液体微量稀释法,对苦参、白鲜皮、土茯苓、土荆皮4种中药的乙醇提取得率及其乙醇提取物的抗真菌活性进行了研究。结果显示,苦参、白鲜皮、土茯苓和土荆皮的乙醇提取得率分别为19.54%、10.60%、14.12%和26.05%。苦参、白鲜皮、土茯苓和土荆皮的乙醇提取物对石膏小孢子菌的MIC值分别为0.7813、3.125、100和3.125mg/mL;对须癣毛癣菌的MIC值分别为0.781、3.125、50和0.781mg/mL;对犬小孢子菌的MIC值分别为3.125、1.563、25和0.781mg/mL。这4种提取物对石膏小孢子菌的MFC值分别为1.563、6.25、>100和6.25mg/mL;对须癣毛癣菌的MFC值分别为3.125、6.25、100和1.563mg/mL;对犬小孢子菌的MFC值分别为6.25、3.125、50和1.563mg/mL。结果表明,土茯苓乙醇提取物具有较差的抑菌、杀菌作用,苦参、白鲜皮和土荆皮的乙醇提取物具有明显的抑菌、杀菌作用。To adopt reflux condense method and refer to M38,A broth microdilution,we examined the rates of alcoholic extracts of the following herbs:radix sophorae flavescentis,cortex dictamni,rhixoma smilacis glabrae and cortex pseudolaricis,and we also investigated their antifungal activities respectively.The extraction rates of the four Chinese herbs were 19.54%,10.60%,14.12% and 26.05% respectively.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the 4 extracts against Microsporum gypseum was 0.781mg/mL,3.125mg/mL,100mg/mL and 3.125mg/mL respectively.The MIC of the 4 extracts against Trichophyton mentagrophytes was 0.781mg/mL,3.125mg/mL,50mg/mL and 0.781mg/mL respectively.The MIC of the 4 extracts against Microsporum canis was 3.125mg/mL,1.563mg/mL,25mg/mL and 0.781mg/mL respectively.The minimal fungicidal concentration(MFC) of the 4 extracts against M.gypseum was 1.563mg/mL,6.25mg/mL,100mg/mL,6.25mg/mL respectively.The MFC of the 4 extracts against T.mentagrophytes were 1.563mg/mL,6.25mg/mL,100mg/mL and 1.563mg/mL respectively.The MFC of the 4 extracts against M.canis were 6.25mg/mL,3.125mg/mL,50mg/mL and 1.563mg/mL,respectively.These results showed that the fungistasis and fungicidal effect of glabrae alcoholic ex-tract was poor and the other three alcoholic extracts showed the significant effect against the three derma-tophytes.
