摘  要:采用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析了冷轧压下率(10%~85%)对温轧Ti-IF钢板宏观织构、显微组织、晶粒内部结构和晶粒取向的影响,采用拉伸试验机测试了不同压下率下退火Ti-IF钢板的力学性能。结果表明:随着压下率的增大,Ti-IF钢板γ取向的晶粒不断向α取向晶粒转动,织构由单一的γ纤维织构变为γ纤维织构和α纤维织构共存;随着压下率的增大,平均塑性应变比r先增大后降低,当压下率为75%时,r达到最大值。The effect of cold rolling reduction(10%-85%) on macro texture,microstructure,inner structure of the grain and grain orientation of the warm rolled Ti-IF steel sheet had been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The mechanical properties of the annealed Ti-IF steel sheet with different reductions were tested by tensile testing machine.The results show that with the increasing reduction γ-orientation grains of the Ti-IF steel sheet gradually rotated to α-orientation grains,and thus the texture was composed of γ fiber texture and α fiber texture instead of single γ fiber texture.The average plastic strain ratio r value increased first and then decreased with the increase of the reduction.The highest r value could be obtained with the reduction of 75%.
