摘  要:在施加直流电场条件下对HP40钢表面进行了铝硅粉末复合渗;采用光学显微镜观测了渗层的显微组织和厚度,采用XRD对复合渗层进行了物相分析,并对渗层的高温抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:在直流电场条件下,随着电流强度的增大、时间的延长和温度的升高,铝硅复合渗层的厚度增加,但渗层的抗高温氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能降低;获得的铝硅复合渗层组成相主要为AlFe和AlN。Al and Si powders codeposition on the HP40 steel surface was conducted by applying direct current field(DCF).The microstructure,coating thickness and phase composition of the complex coating were investigated by means of optical microscope and X-ray diffraction.The high temperature oxidation resistance and the corrosion resistance were studied as well.The results show that the thickness of the Al and Si complex coating increased with the increase of current intensity,holding time and heating temperature under the DCF,while both the high temperature oxidation resistance and the corrosion resistance decreased.The phase of the Al-Si complex coating was mainly composed of AlFe and AlN.
