Microstructure and Properties Comparison of Laser Cladding Layer and Spraying Layer of Ni-Based Self-Fluxing Alloy

摘  要:对Ni60镍基自熔合金激光熔覆层和喷焊层的表面形貌、显微组织、硬度和耐腐蚀性能等进行了对比分析。结果表明:激光熔覆层的表面成型性比喷焊层的好;大部分激光熔覆层组织处于非平衡、亚结晶状态,且具有强、韧两相微观结构特征;喷焊层组织中富含碳化物等硬质相;激光熔覆层和喷焊层与基体均能形成冶金结合;喷焊层的平均硬度比激光熔覆层的高,但其分布并不均匀;激光熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能优于喷焊层的。The surface morphology,microstructure,micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of the laser cladding layer and spraying layer of the Ni60 Ni-based self-fluxing alloy were analyzed and compared.The results show that the surface forming performance of the laser cladding layer was better than that of the spraying layer.The microstructure of the laser cladding layer was mostly in non-equilibrium and sub-crystalline state,and had a strong and tough two-phase microstructure characteristics.The microstructure of the spraying layer was rich in the hard phase of carbides.Both the laser cladding layer and the spraying layer could get a metallurgy bonding with the substrate.Although the average micro-hardness of the spraying layer was higher than that of the laser cladding layer,its distribution was not uniform.And the corrosion resistance of the laser cladding layer was superior to that of the spraying layer.
