铝塑板在深溪沟水电站厂房坝段尾水扩散段的应用

摘　　要：深溪沟水电站厂房坝段尾水扩散段两边墩内弧线由圆变方渐变成形。为保证混凝土表面光滑美观,传统的施工工艺是在模板上贴一层铁皮,并用铁钉固定,这样会出现铁钉印子,而且铁皮容易鼓包。在深溪沟水电站工程施工中是在木模板上贴一层铝塑板,采用万能胶固定,操作简便,经济性也好,质量也易保证。The tailrace diffusion section of Shenxigou hydropower plant dam is gradually changed from round to square.In order to ensure the concrete surface smooth,the formwork is used for the concrete construction.In traditional construction process,a layer of iron sheet is posted in formwork surface fixed by nail.The nail mark will appear in concrete surface and the iron easy to bulge.In the construction of Shenxigou Hydropower Project,a layer of aluminum-plastic plate is paste to wood formwork,it is easy to operate and has good economy and quality.
