摘  要:针对跌坎底流消能在下游水位变幅较大的电站中的泄流消能问题,结合赛格电站进行了模型试验研究,从消力池的水流流态、临底流速以及底板时均冲击压力三方面详细地分析了宽尾墩对跌坎底流消能的影响。试验结果表明,宽尾墩改善了跌坎底流消力池内的水流流态,降低了消力池内的临底流速和时均压力,较好地解决了跌坎底流消能不能适应下游水位变幅较大这类工程的泄洪消能的缺陷。According to the discharging energy dissipation of falling-still bottom-flow dissipator in those hydropower station with great variation of downstream water level and in combination with the model test of Saige Station,a detailed analysis of the effect of flaring gate pier on falling-still bottom-flow dissipation was carried out from three aspects of the flow pattern,the close-to-bed flow velocity and the mean impulse pressure on bottom slab.The results show that the flaring gate pier decreases the close-to-bed velocity and mean impulse pressure as well as improves flow pattern in the plunge pool,which solves that the falling-still bottom-flow dissipater could not adaptable to the projects with great variation of downstream water level.
