摘　　要：基于抽水蓄能电站变频起动装置(SFC)的基本要求,对SFC的接线及设备配置、谐波等进行了详细的论述,并经严谨的数学推导及合理的工程简化,得出工程实践中有效的SFC容量选择算式,进而提出了与SFC容量相关的各种因素的敏感性曲线,为SFC接线及容量选择、电站设计初期的设备选择及厂房布置提供了设计依据。Based on the basic requirements for static frequency converter（SFC） for pumped storage power station,the connection,device configuration,harmonic and others are introduced in detail.The formula for SFC capacity selection is derived and the sensitivity analysis of various factors related to capacity is made.The results provide the basis for the selection of SFC connection and capacity,the equipment choice and the layout of power house at the initial design stage.
