摘　　要：为满足塑料制品生产的需求,缩短塑料模具的设计和加工周期。采用了Pro/E软件设计电话机前盖塑料模具及其加工工艺,首先利用该软件的造型功能对塑料制品进行造型设计;然后按制品的特点在模具设计模块中快速分模,生成模具型腔实体图;最后利用软件的NC模块对模具型腔辅助编程并对程序进行加工仿真、检测修改刀具路径,生成加工G代码,完成后传输到数控机床即可对模具型腔进行加工。To meet the needs of plastic articles production,plastic mold design and shorten the processing cycle,the paper adopted Pro/E software to telephone front cover plastic mold design and processing,firstly,made use of its software modeling capabilities for shape design of plastic products;then by the characteristics of products in the mold to design module quickly parting,to generated physical map of mold cavity;finally,with the help of NC mould to assisted program the software module of the mold cavity and machining process simulation,test modification tool path,generation process G code,thus transfer to CNC machine tools to be able to process on the mold cavity.
