摘 要:采用CFD-DEM耦合模型对提升管内的气固流动进行了模拟,分析了颗粒间碰撞弹性恢复系数及摩擦系数和Saffman升力、Magnus力等因素对管内气固流动结构的影响,分析得到了提升管内有关颗粒速度、颗粒含率及颗粒拟温度等的大量数据,对数据分析后得到了提升管特有的气粒流动规律:颗粒轴向呈现上稀下浓的分布规律,径向分布规律为管中心低壁面高。同时发现当管内的颗粒碰撞为完全弹性,其分布会更加均匀,另外Saffman力、Magnus力等对颗粒运动没有明显的影响。The gas-solid flows in riser were simulated by CFD-DEM method.The factors such as collusion elasticrestore coefficient between particals and coefficient of friction,shear lift force and magnus force——influence on the structure of gas-solid flows in riser were analyzed.Through analysis,a great deal of data in the riser were obtained,such as the distribution of particle velocity,solids fraction and granular quasi temperature.The results of analysis data to get special gas granular flow rule in the riser showed that particles distribution tend to be more at the bottom but less on the top in axial,particles are least in the center,and more near the wall in radial.It also was found,particles will be more well-distributed if the collisions are ideal elastic without frictions.And there′s no apparent influence of shear lift force and magnus force on gas-solid flows.
