摘　　要：片膜成型是中包包装的一个瓶颈环节,直接影响包装的质量,现有成型机构在实际生产中存在安装调试困难、容易偏膜、运行不稳定等很多问题。以理论分析和三维设计软件模拟相结合查找产生的原因,全新设计整体结构,更改安装方式,模拟验证改进后的效果,实现简单可靠的结构。Film molding is a bottleneck of medium-bag package,it affects directly the quality of package.In practical production,the existence molding device has many problems they such as difficult in installation and trial apt to film deflective unsteady running etc.Combining theoretically analyzing with 3D design software,to find the causes,and brand new design the whole structure,change the installation way,then simulating the improved results,to realize a simple and reliable structure.
