摘 要:目的:探讨骨基质明胶诱导成骨的组织学特点。方法:在成年家兔双侧桡骨干中段制成骨缺损模型,分别植入无菌生理盐水和骨基质明胶。采用组织形态学方法,观察骨基质明胶的成骨过程及修复骨缺损的能力。结果:骨基质明胶可诱导间充质细胞聚集,并促进其分化为软骨细胞、成骨细胞进而形成新骨。结论:骨基质明胶是通过诱导机理促进形成新骨的;诱导成骨是软骨内成骨过程。Objective: Our objective was to study the histological characteristics of bone matrix gelatin(BMG) osteoinduction. Methods:BZSegmental bone defects were made in middle shaft of bilateral radii in adult rabbits. The bone defect of robbits in the control group and that in the experimental group were implanted with saline and BMG,respectively.The process of bone formation and the capacity of repairing bone defects were evaluated by the histological examinations. Results: BMG induced mesenchymal cells proliferating,differentiating into osteoblast and new bone formation,inturn. Conclusion: BMG could produce new bone by osteoinduction;which was a process of endochondral ossification mainly.
