摘　　要：本文阐述了尤昭玲教授在体外受精培养-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术中应用中医分期辅助治疗的新方案及其应用的经验。将IVF-ET过程分为卵泡募集期、取卵期及移植后三期,根据各期的临床特点,除采用相应的中药口服外,还配合耳穴贴疗及药膳饮食,3种方法同时治疗,加强辅治的功效,为IVF-ET的中医辅助治疗提供了新的思路和方法。The new methods and experiences of Prof.YOU Zhao-ling in vitro fertilizationembryo transfer（IVF-ET） was staged management applying Chinese medicine as an adjuvant therapy.IVF was divided into three stages： follicle collecting stage,ovum pick-up stage and post-transfer stage.According to the features of each stage,she used,in addition to oral administration of Chinese medicinal,the ear acupuncture therapy and medicated diets were applied simultaneously and strengthened the effect on IVE-ET,which was the new thought and method for adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine in IVF-ET.
