摘  要:目的在慢性咳嗽模型制备的同时模拟脾肾阳虚模型,初步研究制造切实可行与临床证候相吻合的脾肾阳虚慢性咳嗽的动物模型。方法将SD雄鼠大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、慢性咳嗽组(慢咳组)、脾肾阳虚组、脾肾阳虚慢性咳嗽组(病证模型组),正常对照组无任何干预措施;慢咳组每日以香烟烟熏;脾肾阳虚组以番泻叶灌胃,并以冰水湿润皮毛后电风扇吹干。病证模型组:同时给予慢咳组和脾肾阳虚组两种处理方法,即先烟熏,再以番泻叶灌胃,冰水湿身后风扇吹干,连续处理10周后,颈动脉取血检测血清T、FT3、FT4、IgE、IL-2、SOD、MDA等指标。结果病证模型组大鼠的一般情况症状积分与正常对照组相比,血清T、FT3、FT4、IgE、IL-2、SOD、MDA等指标与其他各组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且肺组织有典型的病理学变化。结论在烟熏法复制的咳嗽模型基础上再予番泻叶灌胃及冰水湿身风干法,从而诱导出脾肾阳虚慢性咳嗽的病证结合动物模型,此法具有可行性。Objective To investigate establishment of the rat model with chronic cough in yang deficiency of spleen and kidney based on chronic bronchitis model.Methods All the SD male rats were divided randomly into 4 groups,namely normal control(NC),chronic bronchitis(CB),yang deficiency of spleen and kidney(YDSK),and YDSK with chronic bronchitis and(YDSKCB).The rats in NC group were without any disposal,in CB stimulated by cigarette smoking,in YDSK gavaged with folium sennae solution and washed with ice water,then dried their furs with electric fan,and in YDSKCB disposed firstly with cigarettes smoking,then managed with the same method like YDSK.All the rats were killed after 10 weeks and its blood from arteria carotisfor determination of serum T,FT3,FT4,IgE,IL-2,SOD and MDA.Results All the differences of symptoms integrates between YDSKCB and NC,and of the serum T,FT3,FT4,IgE,IL-2,SOD and MDA between YDSKCB and ither groups were significant(P0.05 or P0.01),and there existed typical pathological changes in the lung.Conclusion The method used to induce the model in YDSKCB is feasible in practice
