摘 要:目的探讨超微脑得健对脑缺血大鼠脑内Rho的影响,揭示其可能作用机制。方法采用脑中动脉阻塞法复制大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,将动物随机分为假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组、脑得健原方组、超微脑得健全量组,超微脑得健1/3剂量组。采用RT-PCR法检测大鼠脑组织Rho mRNA表达。结果假手术组脑内有一定水平Rho mRNA表达,模型组Rho mRNA表达至7 d达到高峰。给药3d后各治疗组动物脑组织Rho mRNA含量较同时段模型组比较明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微脑得健能抑制脑缺血后Rho表达,可能为其促进脑缺血后神经功能恢复作用机制之一。Objective To study the effect of ultramicro Naodejian(UNDJ) on Rho expression of cerebral ischemia in rats to investigate the possible anti-ischemic mechanism.Methods The focal cerebral ischemia rats model was induced by middle cerebral arter occlusion(MCAO),All rats were randomly divided into 6 groups including shame-operated,model,Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWT),NDJ,UNDJ and 1/3 dose UNDJ groups.The expressions of Rho were measured by RT-PCR.Results The Rho mRNA expressions existed in shame-operation group,and the expression reached to peak at 7 day in model group.The Rho mRNA levels in all treatment groups were lower than that in model group after feeding drugs 3 d(P0.05).Conclusions UNDJ can inhibit Rho expression after cerebral ischemia,which maybe one of anti-ischemic mechanism to return brain functions.
